MISSION

To improve race relations, equity, and diversity, through education and
positive dialog in our schools and community.

VISION

To create a community of Cruisers where all people feel respected, valued, and safe.

PURPOSE

To collaborate with the Groveport Madison School District by reviewing District
policies and practices and making recommendations on how to improve race
relations, equity, and diversity within the Cruiser Community.

GOALS

Develop and sustain a culture in GMLS where diversity is celebrated, not tolerated.
Cultivate a community dedicated to embracing and achieving equality.
Provide community opportunities for dialogue and build capacity to have ongoing equity and diversity, transparent communication, and education.
