Instructions for Downloading Meeting Minutes from BoardDocs

Prior to August 1, 2021, Board meeting minutes were maintained only in BoardDocs, an online Board meeting management service to which the District subscribes. To make finding minutes easier for the public, the District is now posting the minutes as PDF documents linked to our GoCruisers website.

1. Click here, or In your browser, type "https://go.boarddocs.com/oh/gmsoh/Board.nsf/Public"
2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click on “Meetings”
3. In the left column, select the year in which the meeting took place. Then select the meeting date.
4. Now, select “View the Agenda”
5. Scroll down through the left column to the "Consent Agenda" section.
6. Then, select and download the meeting minutes in question.

Please note: The Board of Education’s meeting minutes are generally approved at the following month’s Regular Meeting. Therefore, meeting minutes will appear at least one month after the actual meeting date in which the meeting occurred.
